Jega is the Founder and Director of Rooster Technologies, and the proud Product Manager of DRONA, the company’s flagship digital aviation and logistics platform. A lifelong farmer by heart and a technology strategist by profession, he combines humility, honesty, and purpose-driven leadership to build relationships that go beyond business.

With over 22 years of IT expertise exclusively in the aviation industry, Jega has worked across four continents, leading complex digital transformation programs for Qantas, Cathay Pacific, Lufthansa, Northwest, ANA-ASP, and others. His experience also spans airport operations, ground handling (MACL, HAS), and government border control systems across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE—covering passenger and cargo risk assessment, profiling, and airport automation.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Jega specializes in drafting and interpreting complex business requirements, stakeholder coordination, multi-vendor integration, and agile delivery management. His philosophy is simple yet powerful — build trust, deliver value, and let relationships matter more than money.

Dhanasekar B.E. – Co-Founder

Based out of London, Dhanasekar is the cofounder of Rooster Technologies, focusing on investment strategy, financial management, and growth planning. With deep expertise in the banking and insurance sectors, he ensures robust financial governance while identifying strategic opportunities for the company’s long-term success.

A visionary thinker, Dhanasekar aligns financial strategy with the organization’s goals and stakeholder expectations, fostering transparency, trust, and sustainable growth. He is known for his collaborative approach with investors and partners, building strong relationships grounded in integrity and mutual respect.

Mohana M.B.A. – Customer Relationship & Business Development Manager

Mohana leads Customer Relationship and Business Development at Rooster Technologies, managing strategic partnerships with airlines, airports, GHAs, GSAs, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customs authorities across multiple regions. She oversees client engagement, project delivery, system training, and the global rollout of the DRONA platform, ensuring every implementation meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

With a Master’s in Hospitals and Healthcare Management and a Bachelor’s in Economics, Mohana combines strong analytical skills with deep operational insight. Before joining Rooster Technologies, she gained extensive exposure to UK and Middle Eastern healthcare systems, and worked as Quality Manager at Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre, Global Hospitals and Health City, and Chettinad Health City, where her teams successfully guided these institutions to JCI (Joint Commission International) and NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) accreditations.

Murali – Principal Architect

A TOGAF 9 Certified Principal Architect with 15 years of diversified project experience spanning architecture, design, development, implementation, and rollout of enterprise systems and applications. Murali has served as both Architect and Tech Lead for several major client engagements.

His technical proficiency covers a wide range of platforms including Azure, AWS, .NET, SOA, and WebAPI. Murali excels at bridging business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and robust system design aligned with strategic goals.
